A common, shared calendar is the easiest way to plan meetings and utilize resources. You can check on availability of staff, see when blocks of free time are available

Legrand CRM CalendarLegrand CRM's shared calendar show at a glance what's going on. Each staff member can be assigned a different colour. Calendar events go far beyond simply booking meetings for staff. They can be related to any sales opportunity, marketing campaign or even customer service issues.

For example, a salesperson might need to book a meeting with a customer and need to take a service technician along to resolve an issue. They can check on the tech's availability while on the phone to the customer and confirm the meeting right away. This is especially handy for projects or sales that require the assistance of several members of staff from different areas of the company.

When assigning an event for another member of staff, it's possible to sent them an e-mail confirmation.


Group Tasks
Tasks can be assigned not only to yourself but other staff in much the same way as calendar events. You can also send an e-mail to let the staff member know about the event.

Transfer to and from Outlook and handheld devices
Calendar events and tasks can easily be transferred to and from Microsoft Outlook. Using the Australian developed SyncIT, it's also possible to directly transfer information from Legrand to PocketPC devices
