To activate Legrand CRM Customer Service Module, you need to purchase a license key from your Legrand CRM partner or via our online store. Simply enter the license code in the Customer Service box found under Help -> About - Record Licenses menu. You will then be able to use the Customer Service Module. That's all there is to it!
