Software Downloads & Software Registration

In order to download Legrand CRM software you are asked you to provide your e-mail address. Similarly, when registering your software you are asked to provide your name, e-mail address and mailing address.
By providing your e-mail address, you are agreeing that Legrand Software can send you information about its products, including announcements of new releases. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by sending an e-mail to webmaster@legrandsoftware.com.au.

On-line Software Purchases

When you purchase Legrand CRM on our site, we collect personal information from you including your Name, email address and billing address. We do not store complete credit card information in our database.

Security

Legrand Software is committed to maintaining very high standards of data security. The measures we take include a secure data centre, the use of encrypted communications and only storing limited information in our transaction database.

Our transaction servers are located in a secure data centre and are protected by firewall and anti-virus systems.

In order to protect the security of personal information transmitted to us over the internet, any transactions that contain personally identifiable information are safeguarded by the use of the SSL protocol, using a minimum of 128 bit Encryption.

Legrand Software authorises credit card transactions in partnership with payment processors. Any cardholder information sent to the payment processor and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Legrand Software does not store your full credit card number or the Card Security Code (CSC), sometimes called Card Verification Value or Code (CVV or CVC), in its database. When a successful authorisation message has been received from the bank only the last 4 digits of your credit card are recorded in our database.

No Sharing with third parties

The information you supply to Legrand Software is only used within Legrand Software. We will not rent, sell, trade or otherwise disclose your Personal Information, such as email address and contact details, to third parties.

Accessing Your Information

Customers may access their contact information via e-mail or by calling our customer service center (02 8667 1500) in order to correct discrepancies and update records with new address information, and/or request to be removed from mailing subscriptions.
