We offer Free E-mail support for the life of the product. This covers installation and general operation of Legrand CRM.

Please send technical support e-mails to support@legrandsoftware.com.au To help us solve your problem quickly, please make sure to identify the Legrand product (e.g PRO or CORP etc) and include any error messages if possible.

System Requirements

Common Requirements:
  • Supported operating systems for the desktop or laptop computer are Windows 2000, Windows XP Pro or higher. Windows XP Home is not supported.
  • Win95, Win98, Win ME are not supported.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 5.0.5 or higher must be installed.
  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) for reporting and mail-merge.
  • Legrand CRM Outlook Plug-in requires Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007. Previous versions of Microsoft Outlook are not supported.
Additional information for Legrand CRM Pro Edition:
  • The database is based on Microsoft Foxpro tables. Sharing a database is simply a matter of locating the CRM data folder as a shared folder on the file server.
  • The shared folder must reside on a fileserver running either Win2000 or Win2003 operating system, and with at least 256MB memory.
  • If you do not have a fileserver and only 4 users or less need to access the Legrand CRM database concurrently, then you can use a workstation running Win2000 Professional or Win XP Professional as the de-facto fileserver.
  • Linux is not supported.
Additional information for Legrand CRM Corp Edition:
  • The Corporate edition is a Client/Server application that uses Microsoft SQL server as its database.
  • The Microsoft SQL databases that are supported are SQL2000 and MSDE.
  • The SQL server licenses are not included with Legrand CRM.
