The product keys for Legrand CRM 4.6 and earlier will not work with Legrand CRM 5.0. You will need to obtain new 5.0 license keys.
If you are an existing Legrand CRM customer with a current Software Maintenance plan you are entitled to Legrand CRM 5.0 license keys at no charge.
You can either obtain your Legrand CRM 5.0 license keys from your Legrand Certified Partner or contact us directly for more information.
Please note that the upgrade from version 4.6 to version 5.0 is a process that requires proper planning and execution. Your Legrand Certified Partner can assist you with planning, conversion and training services.
If you did not subscribe to software maintenance or your software maintenance has expired you can upgrade to the Legrand CRM 5.0 subscription service. Please contact your Legrand Certified Partner for pricing information and to start planning the upgrade process.
2. Downloading Legrand CRM 5.0 Pro Edition
To download Legrand CRM 5.0 PRO Edition, simply visit our product download page.
The trial version is valid for 30 days and can be activated into a "full" version once you've entered your Legrand CRM 5.0 license keys.
The CORP edition is not available for self-serve download. Demonstrations of Legrand CORP Edition are available
on request from Legrand Certified Partners.
